Hailey's Pet Cancer Foundation was founded in 2001 as a not-for-profit, fund-raising effort to advance the treatment of various pet cancers, while at the same time providing complimentary support & counselling to pet owners of cancer pets.
Since our inception, we have helped over 5180 pets & their parents in the U.S. & Canada. We are extremely proud of the efforts of our volunteers and of pet-parents everywhere who are committed to 'fighting the good fight'. Unfortunately, due to a surge in Internet charities and subsequent steady decline in donations to Hailey's Foundation, we are not able to provide financial assistance for pet cancer cases at this time. We hope to be able to provide financial assistance again in the future.
In the meantime, if you have questions about veterinary oncology, treatments, diet, supplements, alternative medicine or other approaches, we happily provide free phone and e-mail consultations (for obvious reasons however, we hope that you would make a donation towards Hailey's Pet Cancer Foundation if you are financially able) Please understand that we are only able to provide general information about pet cancer and current conventional & alternative treatment options that may be available for your pet.
No matter how little or how much, any donations made towards Hailey's Pet Cancer Foundation are greatly appreciated. In past years, over 80% of all contributions received went directly towards financial assistance and research grants. Monies left over went towards the cost of phone & Internet services, the upkeep of this website, accounting, and other office costs (computer supplies, paper, printing services etc.)
